jiliokada Terms and Conditions: What Every Player Should Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jiliokada account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use jiliokada.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and jiliokada. They apply regardless of the device or connection you use to access the platform. Using jiliokada from a mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer is equally covered. If you access jiliokada on behalf of another person, you confirm that both parties are aware of and agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

jiliokada is open to adults who meet the following conditions. Only individuals who satisfy all criteria may hold an active account.

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person.
• You do not currently hold another active jiliokada account.
• You are not employed by jiliokada or related entities in a role that creates a conflict of interest with account activity.
• You have not previously had a jiliokada account closed for violations of these terms.

Each person is permitted one jiliokada account. Holding multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or across different registration periods, is a breach of these terms. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and all connected accounts may be suspended.

Registration requires accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid email address. Providing false registration details will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of deposits and pending withdrawals.

3. Account Verification

jiliokada applies verification procedures consistent with standard online gaming practice. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, at any scheduled review, or when unusual account activity is identified.

Requested documents typically include one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits

Submitting documents does not constitute approval. jiliokada reviews all materials and may request additional information if the submitted documents are incomplete or unclear. Withdrawals may be held pending verification completion.

Deliberately submitting false or altered documents is a serious breach of these jiliokada terms and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

4. Account Security

Your jiliokada account password and login credentials are your responsibility. Use a password that is unique to jiliokada and not shared with other services. Do not store credentials in shared browsers, publicly accessible devices, or messaging platforms.

jiliokada staff will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone call. Any communication requesting your password should be reported immediately and treated as a potential fraud attempt.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your jiliokada account, contact support without delay and change your credentials. Account activity conducted under your login before a reported breach is generally treated as authorised unless jiliokada determines otherwise during review.

Do not allow other people to use your jiliokada account or place bets on your behalf. Shared account use is not permitted under these terms.

5. Deposits and Payments

All jiliokada account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jiliokada does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from accounts not matching your registered name will be held pending clarification and may be returned minus applicable processing costs.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Check the cashier section for current limits before initiating a transfer. Processing times differ between methods, and jiliokada cannot guarantee immediate credit for all payment types.

jiliokada does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from illegal activities. Depositing into a jiliokada account constitutes confirmation that the funds are legitimately obtained.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. If this is not technically available, jiliokada will confirm an alternative route with the account holder before proceeding.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. Processing times depend on the payment method, verification status of the account, and internal review requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period.

Bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus credit may carry wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. These requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus balances and real money balances are tracked separately in the jiliokada account until promotion conditions are met.

jiliokada may delay or decline a withdrawal request where identity verification is incomplete, where the account is under review, or where a security concern has been flagged. The account holder will be informed of any hold and the steps needed to resolve it.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

A bet or game session placed and confirmed through your jiliokada account is binding. Confirmed selections cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled except where jiliokada provides an explicit cash-out or cancellation feature for that specific market.

Sports markets are settled based on official result sources. jiliokada follows industry standard settlement rules for common situations including:

• Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches
• Player substitutions or non-participation affecting player props
• Overtime, extra time, and penalty shootout rules per sport
• Dead-heat rules for markets with multiple equal outcomes

Where an error in odds, game parameters, or payout calculations occurs due to technical fault, jiliokada reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account. This applies whether the error was advantageous or disadvantageous to the account holder.

jiliokada does not permit the use of automated betting tools, bots, or scripts to place wagers. Accounts using such methods may be suspended and resulting activity may be voided.

8. Promotions and Bonuses

jiliokada may offer deposit bonuses, free bets, rebates, cashback, or other promotions from time to time. Each offer carries its own specific terms that govern eligibility, qualifying transactions, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions.

Promotional participation is optional. Claiming a jiliokada offer means you accept the specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where promotional terms conflict with general terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that offer.

Only one promotion applies per qualifying transaction unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to access the same offer multiple times is a violation of these terms. jiliokada will void bonus activity and close all associated accounts in such cases.

Promotional offers may be withdrawn, amended, or replaced at any time. Offers that have already been claimed will be settled under the terms active at the time of the claim, unless a correction is needed due to a technical error.

9. Responsible Gaming

jiliokada treats responsible gaming as a core operational standard, not an optional feature. All promotional activities at jiliokada are guided by the principle that gaming should remain voluntary entertainment financed from funds a player can afford to lose.

The following tools are available in your jiliokada account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps
• Session time alerts: Receive reminders when a session reaches a chosen duration
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend account activity for a set number of days
• Self-exclusion: Block access to the jiliokada account for an extended period

jiliokada will not knowingly permit gaming activity by minors. If jiliokada has reason to believe that an account is being used by a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and the matter reviewed. Winnings generated during any such period may be forfeited.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

jiliokada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account for the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Opening duplicate accounts or attempting to circumvent closure
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Using automated tools or exploiting platform errors for financial gain
• Non-compliance with verification requests within a stated timeframe

Where an account is closed for cause, jiliokada will review and communicate any entitlement to remaining verified real money balance after applicable deductions. Bonus balances, promotional winnings, or funds associated with terms violations may be forfeited.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time. Submit a closure request through the available support channel. Closure will be processed after any pending transactions are resolved.

11. Limitation of Liability

jiliokada provides its platform on an as-available basis. While reasonable steps are taken to maintain platform access and data integrity, jiliokada does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party network disruptions may affect service availability.

jiliokada is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, delayed data, incorrect result feeds, or circumstances outside reasonable operational control. Players should not place bets in conditions where the platform appears to be malfunctioning or where odds or game data appears incorrectly displayed.

Financial loss from gaming activity is the responsibility of the player. jiliokada does not offer return guarantees, and participation in any game or market should be based on an individual's informed decision and planned budget.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jiliokada reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders through email notification, a platform-level notice, or both. The revised terms take effect from the date stated in the notification.

Continuing to use the jiliokada platform, log in to an existing account, or place a bet after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using jiliokada and submit a voluntary closure request before the effective date.
